i liked the passage location. it secure hotel because it is inside passage jouffroy. the shops and eateries there are cool. the hotel was clean and the staff are friendly. they helped with an extra fan during the heat.

the room needs paint. the hallway requires wallpaper replacement.

The location was good. It was close to many shops.

The room needed serious attention. I noticed peeling wallpaper in the hallway, and the daily cleaning was not thorough. They never swept the floors. the bathroom surfaces were not properly wiped, frustrating. I expect better hygiene. i found this unacceptable for the price i paid.
